Buying treatments online from TrustedMeds is simple, secure, and safe. This page provides you an overview of the whole process so you know what to expect when you order from us.

Selecting your treatment

First, go to the page related to the condition for which you are seeking treatment. These pages provide information about the causes and effects of the condition, and show which treatments TrustedMeds can provide to address the condition. Each of these treatments has its own page, with information about what the treatment involves, what the active ingredients are, how they work, and who the treatment is suitable for. Each treatment page also lists the different dosages and quantities of the available treatments.

Completing our online consultation tool

Once you have selected your treatment and the quantity you require, the next step will be to register for the site (if you have not already done so) and then complete our online consultation. Our free online consultation service helps you give our registered doctors the information they need in order to provide you with the prescription that's exactly right for you. It will guide you through questions of both a general nature (regarding your age, gender, weight or height for example) and questions specifically related to the condition for which you are seeking treatment.

Our first concern is always for your wellbeing. This means that if any of the information you supply indicates that a certain treatment might not be suitable for you, our doctors will not prescribe it. In some cases our doctors may advise you that you should speak to a doctor face-to-face, for example because there is a need to examine you visually. In this case, TrustedMeds can arrange for a consultation with a private clinic if you wish.

Arranging for delivery and payment

Once you have completed the consultation, you will be taken to a secure payment and delivery page. Our payment system utilises industry-standard security, so your transaction is completely safe. You can use credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron. We also accept payment by a funds transfer from your own account to our UK bank account.

Once you have entered your payment and billing details, your order will be placed, pending a review of the details you provided through the consultation. Note that your card will only be debited once one of our doctors has reviewed your consultation form and confirmed that the treatment is suitable for you.

Preparing and dispensing your prescription

Once the doctor has confirmed your prescription, our licensed pharmacy will promptly prepare and dispense your treatment, making a note of the batch number and date, and cross-checking to ensure that you are being sent the treatment you have been prescribed and attaching a label with dosage instructions to your treatment.

Receiving your treatment

Your order will then be dispatched according to the delivery options you specified when you ordered. We offer next-day delivery free of charge within the UK and Ireland by Royal Mail. We also offer free delivery within 72 hours elsewhere in Europe. You can also arrange to have your treatment delivered by one of our carefully selected courier partners, and you will be given a tracking number which you can use to see where your package is at any time. You may need to be available to sign for your delivery.
